I read that MTV is getting rid of ALL of their scripted programming

It didn’t get renewed, it’s just been moved from MTV to Spike

If it were a different story I would agree but since it’s Aladdin it seems weird for him to be so vague if what he’s talking about is casting non-white characters in a non-white story

Interesting, my interpretation of “authentic voice” for Aladdin was the opposite. I assumed it meant “humanity is humanity so it doesn’t matter if I cast a lot of white people”

Don’t forget to call your state and local government too! Their decisions affect your life just as much as the federal level, sometimes even more.

The only reason we can have high-quality shows like The Magicians is because the 13-episode season allows for 3 weeks of production per episode instead of the 2 weeks per episode that 22-episode seasons have. There is no way that The Magicians could be as good as it is with a 22-episode season.

I think they’re saying the title for the 4th Avengers movie is a spoiler for the plot of Avengers: Infinity War. So after Infinity War comes out then they could release the title of the 4th one.

I’d be fine with that if it resulted in her getting resurrected and getting her own show. Other than that... no thanks.

It’s not a broadcast network show. 13-episode seasons have always been normal for cable network shows, and 22 episode cable network shows have been almost completely unheard of for the past decade. HBO shows are 8-10 episode seasons.

season 1 aired in 2016, season 2 aired in 2017, why would season 3 not air in 2018?

Season 1 didn’t come to Netflix until late December, I think.

Dwight didn’t really do nothing.....if he hadn’t told the Alexandrians that Negan was coming the next day they wouldn’t have had anything prepared at all. It just happens that the plan they did prepare didn’t work.
