You can also use html with droppages I am at least 90% sure. I don't know markdown so when I was playing with the kids we were writing html. Then we got a free dot.tk address and they had simple websites for friends. Cannot remember exactly what we put on them but that is what we did.

Just tried this on my non jailbroken iPhone 4s, worked really nicely.

Pretty much the best app on my iPhone currently. I like to send an email with #lostphone and it calls and threatens whomever has my phone. I did not write that one but it's still fun. There are so many things you can do with this, just think it up.
