Yeah, I like Vicodin a lot, too. When I am in excruciating pain, it usually takes care of it. Coming down is a chore, but it beats the hell out of the pain.

I have heard that you aren't even supposed to possess Vicodin and Tramadol at the same time, but the VA did that for me too.

Effects vary by person. Tramadol is the most awesome prescription drug I have ever used. I get energetic, but not high, it dissipates the pain somewhat , but most importantly, I don't get grouchy or suffer motor control loss like I do with Vicodin. Sorry it sucked for you.
