This is looking pretty good, though I wish the trailer showed off more of the actual gameplay without crazy camera angles and additional screen-shaking. The actual game itself looks pretty great, show more of it without all the trailer tricks damnit.

This seems like they're essentially looking to recreate the original LoZ with new technology, at least the feel of it. I doubt it'll be 'open world' like we're thinking in the Skyrim sense, which is more quest-log driven. Will be really interesting to see how this develops.

I'm not sure he's really that much older, especially not if Sully is involved. But even 5 years would be a very long time in terms of being 'out of the game'. They could also take it a massive step further if that voice of Sully is just in his head as a personification of the gun he picks up and motivation for him…

I think that's become more and more the MO when designing them. Once you get past the shock factor from the original, the only place to go was "How completely ridiculous can we get?", and they've done a great job with that.

I'm not sure how I feel about the combat. On one hand, I've always felt the AC combat actually works fairly well. It seems methodical by design, much like the Arkham series. That being said, I still have Black Flag sitting here unplayed (I know it's excellent, I know) from AC fatigue.

Watch Dogs is also an excellent game, people just need to moderate their hype.
