Something about Nintendo's recent "Free-to-start" comment and EA's treatment of Nintendo recently. I dunno, I'm lazy, fill in the blanks.
Well since they are selling the stock back to NINTENDO (glaring omission there Brian,) this is only a good thing. Businesses that are controlled by one family tend to get stale as the world moves past the ideals that the family may be holding on to.
