Heat soak and conservative factory tunes are evident in every single vehicle. This is not news. This is just a lame excuse for the Viper pulling ahead multiple times. Even the Viper loses 20-30 hp when it gets hot. Even Hitler doesn't use the lame "heat soak" excuse.
