@booned: Incorrect. The team ( dev team ) behind Scratch parted ways with their publisher whilst making Scratch. They were THEN bought by Activision. The publishers didn't sue Activision, they got a court order to force the dev team to return all code etc. for Scratch to them, as is their right.

Here's a picture that I took for my job a few years back ( 5 years back ). I don't see much cool stuff anymore though...mostly just a wii devkit and spreadsheets :(
