Why would Fall Guys be $70 on PS4/PS5 when it’s $20 on PC? Did you forget the entire indie industry exists? What an incredibly odd point to make and then keep defending.

People are still making comments like this when we’re 10+ WiiU ports in at this point? They keep doing this because people keep buying the games. The crossover market who have both is small. 

Please stop making everything open world. Whatever beauty you see in the landscape, no matter how fun it is to traverse, you get tired of it and it becomes a time sink.

“What happens in the books” is a reference to the time period that the books, not counting any flashbacks, are set in. I’m sure you know this and you’re just being pedantic.

I’d say one immediate difference from most of that list is that it’s combat focused and not platforming/exploration focused. It’s on Game Pass if you have that to check it out.

I really dug the battle music and the menu music in FF15. There were a few other good tracks that popped up here and there. This soundtrack is a lot less in your face than some previous FF games and I view that as positive. Not everything needs to be some overwrought neo-classical song when shit is going down.

Given the art style hopefully the Switch version’s reduced fidelity won’t matter much. These features look nice and worth waiting for if you’re like me and haven’t played it yet.

Double tapping doesn’t do anything on PS4. It’s single tap or long press. Single tap to go to the XMB menu, long press for the quick menu.

Hopefully they will include an option to toggle it how you want it to work.

That seems like muscle memory more than anything on your part. I use the long press on the PS4 more than the single press. Not having to long press sounds great for a menu that’s meant for quick interaction. Then again, I’m on-board with the design of this button, but having not used it in practice reality might not…
