The internet sure was better before people just threw out insults and linked Youtube videos to make their “points.”

There we go, should have said all of this from the start. It will be interesting to see how this meets up with the real world. I don’t think it’s a realistic expectation for any developer to completely stop cheating (same goes for any sort of software dev - nothing is ever foolproof) but you can certainly stop a lot

You were a superhero in Origins?

You could use that same logic for its original state. Again, provide anything remotely technical here, let alone something broad and non-technical from what they’ve said that indicates that this is possible.

I don’t know you expect the author of this article to formulate your opinion for you. Nothing you’re saying is improving your message as you continue to clear it up. Go listen and decide for yourself already.

The music is beautifully remastered, with the original tracks selectable from the main menu.

Please tell me what part of the article indicates these changes will allow cheaters.

Did you read the same article I did? Did you read the article at all in the few minutes it’s been up? There weren’t changes to the overall design they adjusted it so it runs only when it’s supposed to and when someone wants it to run. That’s some basic tightening up you would expect after feedback on any beta

This should be added to the article for reference. I had to go from my feed reader to the comments to find out this incredibly vital info.

Did you miss what the article said about this? You had 14 minutes to read it.

I wasn’t planning on multiple demo playthroughs until I picked Charlotte on my first run through and had to make sure that other characters aren’t nearly that annoying.

Kinja Deals/The Inventory is totally separate from Kotaku, Gizmodo, and the like, and will clearly post anything they can make money off of via affiliate links.

How did you know to look that up though? The word “football” is not anywhere in the article! Given that this article has the tone of “look at this local sport you probably don’t know about” it seems an odd exclusion.

FaceID was great until the whole mask in public thing. Gloves? Wet/sweaty/slightly dirty hands? Forgetting what fingers you’ve setup for TouchID because you setup the same finger multiple times so it would actually work consistently? All of that is no longer a thing.

Luke you managed to write all of that without mentioning what sport it is! As close as you got is “Australian Rules” and I wasn’t sure for what. Is this rugby? Handball? Or is this soccer/football but “Australian Rules”?

They have to viscerally feel/witness the human cost. And this time they will.

This is the complete opposite of the other comment I just replied to. So far (I’m at 90% of my playthrough) I think it’s not that difficult. I wouldn’t call it easy (having played easier games lately like Guacamelee 1/2) but the platforming does require some familiarity with the genre. Combat is super easy though so I

Huh, I’ve been playing through the first (thanks insanely cheap 4 months of Xbox Game Pass) and it’s not that hard. Yes, you can die a lot, but the systems in place make it so it doesn’t really slow you down. Nothing ever gets to Celeste or Meat Boy levels of precision required and you can combine abilities in ways

Given that this is a known feature that’s been around for quite a while if you had just simmered down on your rage over an entertainment product and taken a look at what you were posting under you would have been able to edit the post.

I always play the AC games a few years behind (which lets me skip the ones that seem a bit meh) and this one was definitely fun. Not a total time suck like some of them and had some cool mechanics like the mentioned grapple-hook. The setting sounds like it would be boring but it’s done well. I’m not sure I understand
