You say “small town” but what the hell is a “major city made up of entirely suburban sprawl”? I live in what I would classify as a major city. I’m not sure any major city I’ve ever been to in the US would classify as “entirely suburban sprawl” so I have no idea what you’re talking about.

You either rarely go to the same places or you’re going to spots that have turnover for a reason other than the industry itself. Also, turnover in the service industry can often mean you find the same person somewhere else. Bartenders switching bars, hairstylists moving from a corporate shop to smaller and vice versa…

Where do you live where it’s bars that are like this and not clubs?

In previous phone they’ve throttled the faster modem so they’d both work the same. Your link mentions the hardware but not actually how it’s implemented in firmware. The global part of it could be a concern for some regardless, though.

Keyboards are a software feature. Can always patch it (which Apple is doing for the issue you’re making fun of) or use something else. Non-issue.

I’ve never used a device that didn’t “NFC” clearly printed where you’re supposed to do it. If you don’t know where it is on your phone then just move it around a bit until you know where it is. Not exactly difficult nor is something you’d need to do every time.
