We're going to continue going back and forth on this. Let's agree to disagree and get on with it :) I am sure both of us have more important things to do.

No I am not new. I guess I was expecting better writing from this. While we can agree to disagree about what click bait looks like, I know she can write better than this. Regardless of our banter, I have submitted an apology to Patricia in regards to this article for whatever that is worth.
Also to be fair, it is…
I hope you are being sarcastic.
I wouldn't go that far. You can just ignore her articles like the rest of us do that don't like her writing. I know she can do better than this.
If this is an opinion piece, then label it as such. I was under the impression she was sent to report a preview of the game and her first hand experience with it.
The article is really just a love note to how much she loves Titanfall:
I would agree that recently it's been fairly bad, but I know she can do much better than these.
I don't think she is the WORST author, but I know she can do much better than what she has been putting out recently. A little bit more detail I think would go a long way in making her a much better author :)
I don't care to make any judgements of a game until the entirety is released. While I am glad there is a "guided demo", I have been through enough of them to realize that they are showing the core of the game and nothing fancy. I am not bashing the article, other than some poor phrases that could be a bit more…
I'll check it out. Thanks :D
Yeah a lot of people would believe me being overdramatic, but I can't support a site that would just write stuff like this or a good chunk of other stuff their media group writes. I understand it is a blog, but there has to be some kind of journalistic integrity right?
I'll be heading to Destructoid I believe. They have some click bait articles but the articles, for the most part, end up being alright and informative.
Definitely didn't like DUST, but there are people who love it, I would assume for the same reason people love EVE.
I would like to understand it isn't her fault. She's taking orders to write generally shite articles with click bait titles. The entirety of Gawker Media does it. At least I really hope it's someone telling her to do it. I'd like to think she is a talented writer but is just trying to pay the bills at this point…
I believe this is where I make my leave from Kotaku. I should have up and gone long ago, but the ridiculousness of Gawker Media as a whole has blown me away. It was a pleasure meeting you all :D
Glad I could be of assistance <3
Sorry, Spreadsheet the shooter to go along with Spreadsheet the MMO. Saying it didn't have "depth" is incorrect. You are right.
Like these?
Comparing Dust 514 and Mag to Destiny doesn't seem fair from what I have seen. I haven't had the hands on like you have but it DUST and MAG are both multiplayer versus shooters with very little depth. I do know this has a versus mode, but it also has a campaign if I am correct?
Glad it got fixed. The game is pretty awesome on PC.
