The game isn't capped at 30 for me. It also looks pretty good on my computer so maybe you need to change the settings or get upgraded parts?

I got mine on PC just cause it ended up being cheaper :)

Warlock seemed to be the most lackluster IMO. I understand it is a short look, but the Titan's and Hunter's quick looks seemed to have more variety, or rather less game play of the same move over and over. Still buying this and a PS4 :P
