That’s probably the first time I’ve heard that.
That’s probably the first time I’ve heard that.
In that case, okay, talking about how the movie sucks is fine. It’s just so pointless to complain about “whitewashing” imo.
Why “whitewash” it?
Oh god yeah, don’t even get me started on the abandonment of single player. I used to do the same thing, trying out whatever cars caught my eye to get an idea of if they were worth it.
Fully expecting to see “hangar costs $5+ mil to own and upgrade, requires public lobby to do anything with”
It’s sad how this only recently became true, and all Rockstar do about these complaints is add more fuel to them. Remember when $2mil was enough to get multiple of the most expensive things in the game? Now, those god awful shark cards are becoming a bigger rip off by the day, and most new items are barely worth the…
So then apparently that’s not the proper solution. Either way, that’s pretty much what they’ve been trying to do, with the upgraded Xbox supporting 4K (and 60fps according to Forza 7 previews, which surely means at least some of the other games being updated can pull it off too), the Play Anywhere feature, proper…
The overuse of the word “exclusive” is annoying, but this is nothing new, and especially nothing that Sony didn’t already do before. Remember E3 about 3-4 years ago, when Sony spent almost half of their show talking about the same games everyone else did, but with a whole one EXCLUSIVE mission or skin pack or…
Eventually, EA will realize that features that have been DLC in every previous game should be a launch feature in the next, and they should make expansions that are true expansions, not just stuff even the most amateur of modders could do (and probably do better). Of course, hell would be completely frozen over by…
While this is a huge update, a lot of it seems like stuff that should’ve been in there much earlier, and may almost be “too little, too late” at this point. For example, it’s been a year and a half, and NOW they finally get around to letting you change your character’s face? (Granted, GTA5 just recently added that…
Except the people who allow and rely on this behavior are neither completely at fault, nor the victims.
Sending in a donation just for the sake of hearing a streamer’s robotic voice read some disgusting insults out loud can get toxic real quick.
That was a misled attempt by Take Two to take down the online cheaters, because they apparently have no idea when it comes to the differences between the two. Rockstar have always been cool with people doing harmless single player mods, and they’re a large part of the reason why the decision was reversed.
I can only speak as someone who’s watched maybe 30% of the game, but what I have seen was great and very realistic. The characters felt human and believable, despite being mostly static sprites with text for dialog. The Castlevania character-looking dad is probably the most unrealistic thing about the game, just…
Right, the Master Chief Collection probably has the most of any “single game”, but considering it’s 5 games listed in one, with some insanely difficult ones peppered in with the easier ones, calling it spam would be unrealistic.
Part of me wants to believe this will lead to a new, Fort Zancudo-based heist, similar to the jetpack mission from San Andreas.
The cheating problem is nowhere near exclusive to PC though, and this program was, at best, the tip of that iceberg.
The only reason I’m not surprised by this is the rather small group used for the study, and how it doesn’t seem like that group was filtered very much. One million isn’t a whole lot considering how massive the Xbox Live population is as a whole. How many of that million are the kind of people who very rarely use their…
On the other hand, the game is fast approaching 4 years old, and it’s still making $400 million+ a year just on those goddamn shark cards alone. They can afford to do better, especially since this isn’t their first or even second attempt at a comprehensive online mode, and at least RDR & GTA4 took some time before…
Yup! Oh, had your IP address pulled? Guess you shouldn’t play a game about crime!
