Jack's been guilty of it on a couple of occasions as well. Maybe not TV/movie talk specifically, but certainly a few instances of spending too much time on vague statistics and business stuff when they could've filled that time up talking more about the games that got some real attention. You're right though,

I had an odd feeling this is what Deep Silver had up their sleeve, but I was so conflicted. Seemed too early for Saints Row 5 (especially since we don't even have a "complete" version of 4 yet), but between Dying Light and Dead Island: Epidemic, I was almost certain this wasn't in the works. Well played, Deep Silver,

I agree completely. Ever since last year's footage, which seemed to severely lack enemies actually being remotely challenging, all I can think...is that Bungie somehow managed to make a Halo clone..and not even a very good one. I mean, you've got a little talking floating robot that's totally not Guilty

I've never played the Uncharted series, *hides*....but that trailer did look good. Though I'm confused, wasn't it originally announced as an installment that would be without Nathan Drake? Either he goes away very early in this story, or somebody lied.

It was warranted when they were attempting to actually move forward with their original plans, then they did what any smart company would do and listened to the fans. Continuing to talk shit about it like it's still current is only making Sony sound like one of their own fanboys...one who hasn't been paying attention

You're right, it wasn't a central point, but they did spend what..20+ minutes of their conference talking only about it? Seems like they had the most amount of time for their turn, but they wasted most of that extra time trying to sell us on TVs & movies.

It's not a personal attack, really. I just find it amusing that they cracked a now outdated joke towards MS, especially after they spoke positively about their competition during the Xbox presentation, only to turn around and come dangerously close to making the same mistake made at the One's infamous reveal.

Sony logic: "Hey guys, let's take a cheap shot at Xbox forcing the Kinect on the very day that it becomes an option, then we'll talk about TV and movies too much! Brilliant!"

In other words, it might actually look like what we just saw. Maybe.

"Ascend is an indie title made primarily by Tommy Wong (an artist in the games business), which he's been working on for years now"

This mod programs a series of holidays into the game, occurring on certain days in the Skyrim calendar. There's lore supporting them, and each holiday is a little different; some involve gathering in a town square to dance, some close all the shops for the day (giving the shopkeepers a well-earned day off), others

So that means Tina likes girls, cool (and she has good taste), and it is normal for young teens to have crushes on much older people of course, but Maya liking her back is just getting into some weird territory... and not the kind of weird that belongs in Borderlands.

Well shit, I forgot about that quest entirely. Thinking of Hammerlock would always lead me to "bonerfarts" and his insults towards Claptrap.

But Tina is somewhere around 14 in the game? Any kind of affection would have to be either friendly or "daughter she never had/always wanted" at most, unless sirens have some of that Metal Gear foxdie in them and Maya just looks at least 10 years older than she really is.

Well if we included "open to interpretation" then this picture would just be a gigantic collage of characters whose games don't go into detail about relationships...which is a vast majority of them.

Did they mention that in one of the headhunter DLCs or something? I don't remember Hammerlock & Axton mentioning sexuality either lol, but if it's in those then that would explain why, never got around to playing those.

I saw the post on the original contest page, said they were going for all characters they could think of that fit in LGBT - thus the rainbow flag.

I still don't quite get how a few of these fit into the picture.

And then, the barely even noticeable (not to mention insignificant) "gap" will continue to be so, and the only thing that will truly change is the possibility of high quality Kinect based games in the future. Now, we'll probably be getting a Kinectimals sequel! Plus a few hundred more games about working out or

Not quite officially. They admitted that it was in development a while back (which is usually different from an official announcement around here), and we know Wolfenstein owners will get beta access (so an official reveal has to be close by), but that's all for the time being.
