Oh yeah, I know you can get them back whenever you feel like paying for it again, but that's still the advantage that Xbox's policies have over PlayStation's. If I had to guess, I'd say your feeling is right.

That is true, but it's kind of false advertisement for them to act like the "instant game collection" is yours, when they'll be rendered useless the moment that subscription runs out. People may mock XBL's free games for being older, but the only possible way you'll lose those is if you delete them and don't get them

The games you buy that have an extra PS+ discount on them, you get to keep since they're still a separate charge. But that whole "instant game collection" isn't permanent. XBL's "Games With Gold" on the other hand, is permanent - you'll still have them in your collection when they're no longer free and if you're no

Or, you can "upgrade" the free version to the PlayStation Plus edition, retaining all progress you've made. This is $10 cheaper, at $50. Like the disc edition, this will give you access to everything, only with a catch: it'll be tied to your PS+ account. Stop subscribing and you won't be able to access the content,

Remember when they stated that THPS HD was kind of a test to see if people still cared enough about the series to bring it back? It's a safe bet that not a single player had this in mind or wanted this to be the result. It's not often I (or most other gamers for that matter) say this, but man...where the hell is EA

So Crysis 4 looks okay.

(For some reason, this comment didn't post the first time? Odd. Hooray, copy and paste!)

Now I've never got around to playing Demons Souls before (I was really late on the PS3 bandwagon), but from what I've seen, Dark Souls 1 is guilty of its fair share of copying too. I've seen the fight with the...Maneaters, are they called? and I just kept thinking "so this is basically the gargoyles, just less

Care Factor? Cliff Bleszinski once complained that they took his sci-fi 'Band of Brothers' concept and turned it into 'Predator'. I say, 'what the hell was wrong with Predator?' Predator is the second greatest action movie ever made (after Die Hard). Point being: this movie could be awesome.

Y'all act like you've never seen a mech with a penis gun before.

Y'all acting like you've never seen a mech with a penis gun before.

Oh damn it. Only after looking through these, I finally think of something.

This still seems to be missing or changing quite a few things that made Road Rash so enjoyable for me, like having to run back to the bike whenever you fell off, weapons being rare and usually required timing to take one from someone else, police AI getting involved.. Still, this is only alpha footage, so it does have

Yeah, but if you haven't learned to pay attention after meeting the hellkite drake, or completely missed the chances to stock up on purple moss before reaching the depths, then you probably deserve the death by one of the easiest enemy types in the game. (Should at least have a weapon that can 1 or 2 hit them by that

I'd like to see one of them actually hit some form of completion. DayZ's full game is in early access, Rust ditched the zombies so that one doesn't really count anymore, State of Decay's MMO is still far off.

Yeah, don't you just hate the typical sewers with easy to kill rats that just about every other RPG does?

"Wah, the Kinect isn't some space age technology that can scan an infinite number of possibilities and make completely accurate avatars out of them."

...Or you could just mod the hell out of it until that's not true anymore, like a large amount of PC players will do anyway.

I believe you have to use the HTML embedding to make it work now.

Well, I'm glad to see it being enjoyable from the start, because there was a time when it looked like it could fall apart fast. Now the main question is whether or not it'll continue to be worth the monthly fee. That's what's been killing every other game going down that path lately.
