If you can afford a Lambo, you can afford a VBOX to accurately gauge* your speed rather than rely on the speedo.

Here's a link to the specific FAR concerning these matters.
I just checked the FAR's and in Part 61.113 it states that the pilot may not pay less than the pro rata share of flight expenses. What that means is, let's say I am flying with four passengers, the four of them plus me equals five so I must pay at minimum, one fifth of the flight expenses. The pro rata share varies…
If only, I'd be able to make the San Juan to Miami in nearly three hours flat with a decent tailwind versus two hours by airliner.
It is fun but the cost of flight training does indeed put a lot of people off.
Posting a "Passenger Wanted" ad on craiglist might be construed by the FAA as a commercial endeavour, which is a big no-no for a private pilot. I would need get the commercial pilot's license before I could charge passengers for flights. Still on my way there.
I don't own an airplane since I can't afford one of my own, but the few times I have need for flight, Renting a Cessna and filling it up usually come in at slightly less than typical airfare. Not quite as fast but I do enjoy the freedom of being able to fly myself around.
I've experienced that firsthand during my private pilot training when practicing touch and goes in a Piper Archer. Granted, those were 5-6 knot crosswinds but still makes for quite a hairy landing to the uninitiated.
How long till two wheel lambo hooning video?
V8 Altima doesn't sound bad at all. It's sort of incognito luxury, Not as gaudy as some modern Infinitis.
All these puns are VERDI amusing. Those who don't TRAETTA see the humor in them are just HAYDN.
Auf Wiedersehen.
