I get a damn dust grain in my eye, every time I watch this classic Porsche ad.

If they meet the FAA requirement of 1500 PIC and pass their ATP, what's the problem? (Not sure what story you're referring to, so I might be off topic)

Aviation derives most of its terms from nautical lingo. That includes getting "on board" the aircraft"!

I don't need this video to appreciate the effort our troops make to maintain reasonable humanitarian conditions and ultimately keep us safe. In fact, while I'm not american (but live in the US) I always walk over to active military personal at the airport and thank them for their service!

While I do not condole rape or think it's funny to post gifs of it on Jezebel, I fail to understand why their articles about it have to be posted on Jalopnik?

All the best to your kid!

If you're a frequent traveler with many miles flown a year it matters, I promise! The advantages that a higher tier status gives you are more important than most other parameters.

The joking kind... No one can afford to be a gearhead in Denmark! That's one of the reasons why I left years ago!

With that username, none if them seems to be in your price range anyways. ..

While I don't dispute the fact that it is important to document this to the world, I question the fact that you put a CNN news crew on the helicopter limiting the amount of people that can be rescued on every run!

It does, but only for the amount of time it takes to inflate an airbag!

I had to read what you wrote several times in a desperate quest to find even the slightest hint of sarcasm... I failed. I had strong doubts about myself!!!! It must be me, I just failed to find the sarcasm, I didn't look long enough!!!! Surely no-one can be this mad and disillusioned?????

Actually, Netflix have multiple very expensive productions... House of Cards to name one!

I'm sorry, let me rephrase... Germany has Socialized healthcare, so everyone is automatically covered... There are no insurance premiums, it is financed through taxes and fees (income, business, sales, et cetera) regardless if you're unemployed and make nothing (in which case it really is free) or if you make millions

Healthcare in Germany is free, so there is little or no legal precedence for having the other party pay for your medical bills. Add to that, that if you're driving more than 130 km/h (even without speed limit) you will per German law always get part of the blame. It's going to be a tough case for her or her insurance

I'm surprised about how much stick movement these planes have...

My appendix burst on a business trip to Germany and I had to get immediate surgery. The hospital asked me to pay an up front deposit (which was a couple of hundred Euro's) and after I got back to the States the bills started arriving in the mail. I was covered by company travel insurance, but the insurance company

That was my exact thought... Nothing about her passenger or the other drivers condition or recovery??? Puts a dark stain on an otherwise very personal and emotional, well executed "documentary" of the events!

Just Mocha Hagotdi!

You have not seen The Transporter 1, 2 and 3? Great car movies... Alright, off you go and don't come back till you've seen all three!
