I'm the cosplayer. It's just the way the bra holds the girls and me messing with them in the hopes I would have cleavage with all the straps and corset but natural boobs DO move. Problems with being part of the itty bitty titty committee. :) nothing wrong with them.

I'm the cosplayer. in her newest designs, yes she has more boobs. I happen to have the perfect size according to her original design in the animated series. Nothing wrong with being part of the itty bitty titty committee though!

Well I got the boob size down. I'll be doing the original costume at some point this year. ;)
