So very Aphex Twin ...
So very Aphex Twin ...
This answer isn't clever, just the equivalent of a smirking jackass etc.
I would love to believe that our Elliot was born with the Hello Friend opening speech of the first episode. That those were his first words.
Right after that things shift into full-on dreammode on Coney Island, so I’m not sure that there is a correct answer, but I’m going to choose to believe that his id was an Fsociety mask.
I don’t think the show confirmed that everything we were watching was all delusion or fantasy. The show had plenty of scenes from perspective of other characters which I’d argue made it clear that the stuff with f-society, E-Corp, and Whitehall actually happened.
It might only be a year, or a year and a bit? The show ends around Christmas, so in-universe 5/9 wasn’t all that long ago. Maybe it goes back to when Elliott started with Krista, about a year before the show started?
I don’t think that part is meant to be taken literally - my thought was that it was just a manifestation of the fact that the Mastermind was not, in fact, the real Elliot.
I think it was kind of a combination of the server room incident and the Careful Massacre. My guess the Mastermind took over inside the server room, and watching the CM with Darlene and putting on the mask was when he formed his grand plan and decided to fully take over.
I’d say Real Elliot will remember all of it. All his personalities are part of him. They have no reason to hide anything now. Nothing in his mind is closed off anymore
It didn’t end how I thought it might end, but it did end exactly where I wanted it to... with Darlene and Elliott alone. It was gutwrenching and wonderful.
People still rage quit this COD a lot. I hate when it becomes 3v6 and takes a million years to refill the team.
I wont go to the theater and see it but i'll definitely get stoned at home and take a look at it.
any game that can’t sustain its player’s enthusiasm with gameplay alone doesn’t deserve to be sustained.
I'm sure these companies have done the research to figure out what's most profitable but it really surprises me that selling this stuff for one or two bucks isn't more profitable than selling them for $15. I have to imagine that for $1 tons of people would buy something every once in a while, while I have to think the…
Just another reminder to never buy games until the “ultimate” edition comes out. I ‘ve been had, again.
I’m still not sure about the Machine, but if we get a tie in to The Man in the High Castle, I wouldn’t be sad!
Caught the Shift+Control on NBC poster and figured Darlene was about to do something fsociety-related. That was a nice touch.
So its OK to stomp people, but when you get stomped...nope nope nope. The last five games may be a bit TOO stark though. Thats really not enough games to establish a pattern that you are good or not.
No way. Elliot bought drugs from Leon. And Leon put the bag on Mobley and Trenton. He’s real, and he’s Dark Army.
Fuck everyone involved in this story. Fucking morons.
