The Bolt is in its sixth model year…and will be discontinued next year. They’ve already killed it.

The headline may be clickbait, but it’s true. We just sold a leased RAV4 Hybrid LE to Carmax with a year and a half to go. New sticker was $29k. They offered us $28k, two years old with 15k miles on it. Paid off the remaining lease, and gave us a check for $5400.

Ditto.

The card is somewhat pointless, as you don’t ever have to show it.

I have no idea why you would need to replace it, since you never have to use it anyway.

Even better, they only pay taxes on the first $150k per year, taking the rest as “deferred income.”

It happened to me! Dealer refused to pass the inspection because the rear brakes were “completely worn out” at 18,000 miles.

1) The hybrid system was disconnected, so instead of 1200 bhp, they were running with just 500 bhp. The rest of the LMP1 field should watch out next year when they’re using all the ponies.

Good luck.

Just go to a better dealership. Our local Subaru/Ford/Chevy dealer chain doesn’t require anything to take a test drive.

One huge exception is Subaru's Gold Plus Added Security warranty.

With CPO vehicle purchases, Subaru offers up to 7 year 100,000 bumper to bumper coverage, including wear and tear. It's easier to explain what's not covered: dents, scratches, upholstery damage, brakes, tires, and wiper blades.
