It can make sense in any situation. Even if I expect my home to appreciate a great deal, I might be in a situation where I need immediate returns, and this offers that chance

Actually, if you cut through all the jargon, it does make sense for some people. On a $500k house, you can save about $2,500 a year in mortgage payments. That might not sound like a lot, but for people stretching to buy a house, it can be very helpful.

CPA here. The IRS is not storming into anyone's home for anything. They are understaffed, overworked, and generally don't care about people making less than $500k a year. Definitely don't cheat on your taxes, but if your home office deduction is rounded up a couple percentage points, no one will care/notice.

Nice, thanks. So on a per game basis the men make about $300k more than the ladies. Also, there’s no breakdown of how the sponsorship money was allocated.

What in the world makes US Soccer think that revenue from WNT events is increasing 300%? They only have two scheduled games on the docket.

My point is that the defense was not woefully leaky. There were only three games where they conceded more than two goals, and they kept 11 clean sheets. I mean, if you take away the 5-3 game against Leicester (two dubious penalties...), they have the second best goals against in the league.

Yes, Carrick is way under rated, and is a pretty integral part of the offense. He's got a good head for passing, and when he isn't playing that's hard to replicate.

Rank of fewest goals against, from most recent prior season backward:

How is the Presidential motorcase not

“If the Capitals decide to bring their players in here and put them in danger...I’m not going to tell the NHL what to do.” - DCEMA Spokesman

Any stats on ticket sales? I'd like to see them get hit with a blackout for every single game.

Honest question, could Reggie sue the Rams? As you say, it’s a pretty glaring error, and there is a history of injuries as a result.

Johnny Cueto as well, but even if it’s only those three, those guys were HUGE contributors to winning it all.

The commentators were generally garbage throughout, and consistently praised the Royals for Mets errors. This was the worst though. If Hosmer is out, this series goes to deGrom v whichever Cueto shows up and Thor v the dude that got crushed last time he pitched.

No one questions this move if Duda makes a play that any minor league first baseman can make. Hosmer was out by a mile, and we would be talking about the game six matchup.

Those two errors (one recorded) on back to back at bats in the fourth didn't help. That probably sealed the game actually.

Excellent, advocating murder and/or suicide.

Can someone remind me why batters can call timeout in the first place? Umpires should stop granting it.
