@Bam Margera: And one more thing — out of all the IEM's I've had I've only ever needed to replace a filter once. That was off a heavily used Etymotic ER4P, after a couple years.

@Bam Margera: If you go to the Apple store and say you lost your earbud cover or need more filters, they just give them to you for free. I lost one before — went to the store and they gave me a pack of like 6 medium-sized buds, with extra filters.

@Bam Margera: Agreed. I've gone through several headphones over the years (Sennheisers, Grados, Etymotics, Shures, Sonys), and the one I use the most now are the Apple In-Ears. They sound excellent and double as a headset and remote. Side benefit is the good warranty—take it into the Apple store for a replacement if

@MrTripps: It's not that hard to tell. Cheap earbuds are boomy, don't seat well within the ear (notice how your cheap iPod earbuds sound better/fuller when you push them into the canal), and don't extend low. Highs can be shrilly and annoying.

@Mohammed Arabiat: ...Yes, I was aware that you don't actually have the images. I asked for a wallpaper in 2560x1600 whilst approving and replying to your comment, like you had asked people to do.

:( I was hoping The Rap Map would print out Google Maps directions in rap lingo. "Cruise on down the 405, then head east mothe******* on Lakewood (LakeWOOD!)"

But how am I going to move my iMac with its box filled with clothes?

@0300078: No, BioWare is not going to make Dragon Age more like Soul Caliber.

Psh, my high school Physics rubber-band-powered model car didn't even *need* gas. Top that.

@blackcat12: Steve Jobs remembers which employees rated him low.

@Snes: iBook, iLife, iWork, iMovie, iPhoto, iChat, iCal... you're beating a dead horse. We've been making fun of it since 2003.

@oldmario: Somebody obviously missed the decimal point...

I kind of stopped using the iPad a few weeks after I bought it (/regret). It's nice for book-reading, especially all the PDF's we can easily get, but I had hoped for it to be more than a glorified Kindle. As it stands, it's just a glorified Kindle to me.

@TheAncient: The most useful way is to put the year, then month, then date. (2010-08-09 is sorted out easier in alphanumeric order). But everybody knows which year it is, so August 9th works.

@digisplicer: It isn't anymore. Gmail dropped its beta tag over a year ago.

@Clifford T Meece: Gotcha. FWIW, I studied all this in Physical Chemistry, so I'm not completely coming from a blank slate. I understand now as much as I did back then, but I've since moved onto different industries. I've done the math and saw it on paper, but never could conceive it in my mind. I guess I passed it

@PossibleCabbage: Awesome reply. I have a semi-related degree to one of the six required, but my Physics was always quite shaky.

@ghost25: What might not freak you out totally does to me. Maybe some people (or cultures) like clowns. I saw Stephen King's "It" as a kid and I'm still kind of scared of them.
