Idk if it was just me or not, but I also felt that Secret of Mana on iPhone was just wonky with the AI. I don't really ever remember having issues with the ally AI on the SNES (no matter what setting I used for them), but on the iPhone I couldn't do anything to keep them alive.

I've been playing violent video games as long as I can remember.

When there's such an enormous amount of integration into the game with it, and it was sold along with the game, it is part of the game.
I'll give it a good review when they get Elite working properly.
It's like NO ONE testing the game thought to install it.
And yet they persist in saying "we had no idea the response to Elite would be so big! We weren't prepared!"
(words 12 year-old me would be horrified to hear.)
"Beyond our expectations"
There was one glaring flaw in that video.
It probably also didn't help that the BF3 servers were up and down all week, and people were constantly getting kicked out of matches/unable to join.
