So....if we supported THQ and bought both Red Faction AND Darksiders....
@hsu1eric: Unless the DLC is set as FREE, then it's ripping off customers.
@IMD1: Microsoft doesn't allow multiplatform games to be multi-disc.
Fuck Capcom.
@OUMusicTherapy: No. It's not okay with me.
@CoKy14: Gamestop won't lower their used prices.
I'm done arguing with people who are crying about this.
@OUMusicTherapy: Shut up. Seriously. Buy it new, get extras. Buy it used, get extras if you decide it's worth the cost. Support them, and they'll support you.
@MountainK1ng: This is a valid complaint. Developers and publishers bitching about used game sales, but giving preorder bonuses to chains that make their primary profit from used sales....it forced people in and that increases that chance they'll buy used.
was meant for a main comment. removed.
@Doomstink: In addition to what Doom said, think about the fact that if a game is priced at 50 bucks, what with the way the money from a sale is distributed, they'd have to sell almost twice as many copies just to see the same amount of money coming back.
@brianewing: See people? THIS is actually a decent argument against this kind of practice. THIS argument actually makes sense and doesn't reek of crybaby whining.
@Stimpak_Addict: The Mass Effect 2 DLC was NOT on the disc.
@Jonny Sweeney: Why would you buy a used game (that is usually only 5 bucks less) and not support the developer? Hell, you can usually buy a game brand new and sealed on eBay for 10-15 bucks less than retail, and the developer still got money from when that game was purchased.
@doubtful: If everyone bought the game used, then the developers get no payback for the money that was sunk into the game to bring it out.
@hinges: Except for the fact that people will usually buy multiple consoles, so it doesn't really matter if sony puts something like psn only on the psp.
Meh.
@winshape: Progressive has been advertising as well, and Nissan..
