In Michigan you can form a trust to hold your house and transfer that trust upon death. You do have to do that a head of time though.  Do they have something similar in your state?

Same. I’ve only used the quick charger when travelling and I really need a quick charge. I wouldn’t say this is a big issue. My Anker charger charges my phone just as fast as before Android Pie.

In my experience, body wash lasts me longer than a bar of soap. Body wash lets you put a set amount of soap, while bar soap constantly supplies more soap as you scrub. Plus I like not having soap scum all over my shower.

IKEA FRAKTA blue bags. Strong, durable, and semi water proof. Plus they can be compacted together and cloths baskets can’t. Great for moving and camping too.

Microwave it or use an insulated carafe/thermos to keep it warm. We use the insulated pump carafes at work and they keep the coffee great all day long. If it’s made at the end of the day it’ll taste good into the next morning and be warm (not hot). In which case 30-60 seconds in microwave will do the trick.
