I think it has to do with Ford/GM/Ram product portfolio being more filled out. Ford offers 5 engine options, GM 4, Ram 3, and Nissan 2. Ford/GM/Ram have to worry about competing with themselves, where as Nissan just wants to take customers away from the rest and stay competitive.

Worked in a restaurant for 7 years. Disagree. Makes clearing table way easier and I don’t have to reach over drinks and others eating. I did hate when people rush to help when you’re clearing plates and they knock stuff over. I always make sure my stacks are stable and neat for whoever grabs them.
