Well to be fair Bolin said 'like one in a hundred earthbenders can metalbend' so its not like ANY earthbender can metalbend.

What got me is remember way back in, probably season one, when mako was working at what i can only imagine was a power station, and he was .. well lightning bending. I don't think i've ever heard anyone call anything a bootprint in casual conversation. If you see a print, its usually a 'footprint' anyway. Even if its clearly a shoe, i guess its easier to say 'footprint' because it was made by a foot, covered by something, than say a X-print (shoe, boot, flipflop, sandle, etc)

I thought the most critical point about this sort of thing (which amounts to human experiments) was that you had to inform the human subjects. An informed choice to be part of the study or experiment was at the core of such things.

I can only sigh, really.. Just sigh.

Books. Its not very interesting. I don't collect expensive books or unique books or special books. Just books. I like books, I could get books in a kindle, but i won't.
