I remember when women used to work very very hard to hide their roots when they dyed their hair. Now they don't seem to care as much, its like.. the secret is out so now they don't even have to pretend?

But is your red hair red or ginger? All the girls in my family have proper ginger hair, and eyebrows. But a good friend of mine has red hair which tends towards more brown-to-red instead of.. coppery-ginger, and her eyebrows are more brown, than red, which could be why.

I've said the same thing. As if it wasn't obvious enough, the team leader even LOOKS like a classic TV nazi!

I always just look for the eyebrows.. you can't hide your true self from me!

I sort of picture a big roundtable of writers and they all write single-sentence plots on a piece of paper, put it into a hat and draw out three to make the plot for the upcoming episodes. I completely expect 'tom mason learns a lesson about... the alien's plans for the upcoming invasion of ... rebel football game' to

The "audience-identification character" is always the one that annoys me, usually because they are the one i want to get powers or whatever. They are the one i WANT to be cool, probably because i'm going exactly what they want, and identifying with the character.

Don't forget totally and completely unguarded, without even sentries or a single automatic turret or a mine or even a single, solo mech just standing there.

I just want more Ryan Robbins, I am so and totally over Lexi, worst plot ever. Space Nazi camp is a close second.

I'm so over the alien nazi camp thing. I mean i get it, its a reeducation camp and whatever but couldn't they have at least tried to be a LITTLE more subtle about it? The outfits, the speeches, I mean the team leader even LOOKS like a classic TV Nazi, could it be any more on the nose?

I LOVED him in Sanctuary and i was SO glad when he appeared in Continuum. Him being in this show (and pope being around) mostly makes this watchable for me.

Oh god, i dunno.. Damon's South African accent bordered on offensive at times, not that Botha was much better but maybe it was because he talked a lot less i didn't notice?

I had the same problem with Lourdes. i get that in part that was the reason for the 'sometime later...' thing that they did so they could 'explain' why she's like that. But its so complete and so forced and so .. its just bad. There doesnt feel like any good reason for her to be such a faithful devotee. I can

My favorite, absolute favorite part of this episode of this episode was, without a doubt, Lexi lecturing on the virtues and importance of non-violence after breaking someone's wrist with a single hand.

This feels a lot like the news story i hear ages ago decrying the fact people were using food stamps to buy.. what was it, lobster or crab or something? And soda and things like that. "News people" were sitting around judging these people, implying they should have less money if they can afford luxury foods.

I want a book about werecorgis.. They have to have posh English accents though, and fall for scruffy American types.

This could also be the general populace grossly underestimating the intelligence of a 3 year old. They assume the often simplistic nature of kids compared to the simplistic nature of dogs mean they are comparative.

Maybe i was thinking of Wendy. But yeah, it seemed like you could take reasonable, but popular names from fiction for years and years. And now it seems that people are picking the weirdest names. Is it because they want weird names or because fiction lately is using weirder names?

Is this a recent thing? I know you always hear that Alice didn't exist before blah blah but i don't remember a lot of people called gandalf or frodo popping up. It seems like normal names being taken from fiction was okay, but weird ones weren't

But but.. Daniel Jackson....

You know what else Pedophiles use? Roads, the internet, supermarkets, cars.. better stop using those too.
