Sometimes its weird for people to see something like that. Like when Alec Guinness comes out and says he (basically) hates star wars and wishes that it had never been so successful and actually at one point would tell people not to watch it he disliked it so much.

Which would be fine except - accurate representation or not - most of the quotes you see around are about how he felt so 'troubled' about it and couldn't stand to be around certain people - or all the people, or whatever - and 'morally' this and 'not right' that.

Straight up playing devil's advocate here. That could be him just moaning and whining because he didn't like something and then bailing when he didn't get his way. Generally, it always comes off really petty to me when actors jump ship and they bash the production team and blame them for the leaving. We'll never know

Well, thats what HE says anyway (i'm not saying he's lying i'm just saying.. its all hearsay).

Its good to hear. And its also good to know - or at least, assume - that the people that were so bad (in his words) were not the 'important' people who remained around for the next however many years, since you don't hear troubling things anymore. Maybe they cleaned out the ones that were when he left, maybe BECAUSE

The only problem i have, reading that, is when i read something like that where he basically says the senior people were all awful and he left to make a moral stand on how terrible people were, that it sounds like he's saying that actors such as David Tennant and Matt Smith were just 'yeah i'm totally cool with that'

Thats the first thing i thought. So its not they're not fighting.. Batman is.. suing superman? Bruce Wayne V. Clark Kent in the case of Who has a more depressing backstory.

He's not a bad director. But he's not a GOOD director either.

Might be. Here in Australia it's Fox, last i checked anyway. I'm not sure if our Sci Fi channel got changed to SyFy either. I gave up on cable a little while ago and this was one of the reasons why.

Now that is what you call being efficient. Why even give these things a chance anymore. Just straight up cancel them BEFORE they even air, cut out all the mess in the middle and go straight to canceling things so you can air more wrestling or reality shows or whatever Fox actually airs these days.

I am VERY excited for this season. My only quibble, the only niggling worry that i have.. is that its almost over? In that, well, there are three seasons per book right? And we're in the last one, and then it'll be over?

The amount of times i get stuck on things like wikipedia or TVtropes, and just sink deeper and deeper.. Is that proof that i CAN focus, or can't focus?

I watched the whole thing, but i'm not sure if it was out of spite (he dared me too, after all) or because it was actually kinda funny.

Maybe but with all the tablets out there that are shrinking in size.. I use a small galaxy knockoff as my ereader and it can do other things too.

Man.. that music is SUPER dramatic for what the video is. I was partly bemused, partly amused

My biggest problem is that so far anything that is basically procedurally generated turns out kinda shit. Because anything that is basically random, can't be well crafted for storytelling or.. well interest.

Space and ground(maybe?) combat, trading, collecting things to craft better things to collect more things, and so on. According to E3 blurbs

I've been burned by WAY too many glossy, awesome 'look at all the shit we can do' sort of thing in the past, recently and over time, to believe this these video, until i see proper gameplay, i just dunno man...

If you're not saying its true, when you say 'here's how it works', then why say it at all? Either you were implying that its true, or you're saying something you don't think is true, and then why say it?
