I would have LOVED a Men of Letters spinoff.. The difference between this and the Originals spinoff "backdoor pilot" is that VD had set up those characters for awhile and the "pilot" was just another episode they were in.

I always wondered why they never discussed the 'rules'.. Usually with these sorts of things you see the 'rules' for the powers so people can later be caught up by them. Distance to teleport, being familiar with the location (which is obviously not true because they teleport random damn places and through walls and…
I figure if he can hang upside down by his feet, he can hold onto his web line. Its one of those things i just let him have hehe
Oh god the coffee thing.. Or any drinks, any time someone has a cub, at least half the time they are swinging that thing around like its obviously empty. Every time i spot it its all i can think of for the rest of the scene. Every time they drink all i can think is.. you're not fooling anyone..
I always assume he 'stuck' to the webs and had little choice but to hang from them until he unstuck himself.
Or, you know, teleport more than once? I mean.. i guess i ASSUME they do these things in big jumps like teleport from one place you see them to another. But, at the same time, maybe they just make lots of smaller jumps. Either way, you would think they could do that faster than riding.
I remember that dude! I mean, i get that they are all anxious and scared but thats exactly it, she comes out of left field with her only defining trait being the 'hurry up and save us already'
Trust me when i tell you i was terrified it was going to get canceled. I'd got invested in too many shows that ended up dead and fringe was the same sort of show. And it was just.. it was too good and i was so afraid.
You left out Star-crossed. I started watching it because i was promised Tahmoh Penikett and i was SORELY disappointed
You know if they teleported instead of taking a scenic bike ride they would have probably had more time..
Oh god thats my exact point. Bitchy Blonde would make a lot more sense if she had always been around as some sort of Roger-Groupie, hanging out, waiting for him to come back, telling everyone he'll be back and save them all. That way when he comes back and doesn't immediately live up to her expectations, she can be…
I said it over the last episode, but that blonde.. she even SAYS it in this episode "he comes back and two days later..." He was shot and cryogentically frozen and then brought back to life from limbo and you want him to whisk you away to disney land immediately... you raging lunatic..
To be fair the first thought i had when they suggested knocking the cell towers over was that a LACK of signal would trigger the kill switch.
Lack of communication is a Huge Problem in TV shows, movies too, but its more obvious in TV. People tend to just NOT talk to each other, or when they do its like "we have to do this and there is NO TIME TO EXPLAIN" and there is always, always time to explain.
I love watching these two robot death machines smacktalking each other.
The whole show has Stupid on the brain but the biggest problem is the blonde. She comes out of nowhere to totally derail the entirely thing and just cause more drama and problems. Its not even like she makes any sense, she's just there, suddenly, and basically fomenting rebellion with her first words.
Around here (Australia, but i bet its different all over australia) the theatres are generally small and cramped with massively overpriced .. everything.. Its just too costly for what you get.
My point is that they didn't exactly do themselves and favours showing things out of order, with poor advertising and bad time slots. The show wasn't great, don't get me wrong.. but it could have been handled better too.
It would have helped if they played the episodes in order...
Fox always kills off what THEY don't think is right.
