The irony of RDR2 drawing resources away from GTA V is delicious. But then Red Dead Online was completely abandoned in favor of GTA Online so I guess GTA had the last laugh.

If profanity is a strikable offense, you might as well shutter the service.

Hey, the lights are on in that second Star Trek: Picard image!

Why is this the only one where it’s frame against New York state? “...25.5% lower than in New York...”? Every other one uses the national average.

“... recklessly heroic persona his legacy has made for him... “

How is GTA V included but Red Dead Redemption 2 is not?

“... the show can apparently use elements from any film post-Friday Part I, so there’s an interesting future ahead in store for the show.”

The problem is exacerbated by drivers who don’t seem to understand the rules around high beams.

If I’m not mistaken, the Negan-Maggie show was announced earlier than expected. Even the showrunner kind of threw shade at AMC about it for exactly the point you’re making.

Nice work, Rob. This line made me legitimately LOL.

I’ve been wondering about this, too. Because it means that he was at Quantum Leap years ago when he was in the waiting room.

I know that the original Zedd voice actor, Robert Axelrod, died. But... can they get a better Lord Zedd voice than the gruff, metallic version that sounds like every other villain’s voice?

Wait, Riker was Captain of the “Titan,” not the “Enterprise,” on Lower Decks.

I agree about TLJ. Even though it was problematic in other ways, it opened up some storytelling possibilities that could have led to other things. And then Rise of Skywalker happened and nullified much of it.

I’m with you. My sense is that there’s a fear of adding to the Canon before the brand is really ready to move forward. Then they’re “stuck” with it. So, if they keep going backwards, they can’t screw anything up too badly because there’s always a future place to go to.

Star Trek never really did that, though. Fans? Sure. But the shows and movies? Kirk and Picard didn’t really compete... Picard helped Kirk realize that he was living in a meaningless fantasy and then they cooperated. Picard and Sisko had a heated conversation because, you know, Picard as Locutus killed Ben’s wife and

Any list of “driving etiquette” that doesn’t include “the left lane is for passing” isn’t a real list. Maybe under the “Don’t ride bumper” item, those people are driving 40 MPH in a 45 MPH in the left lane. This phenomenon is especially pervasive in the Austin, TX area.

The franchise has to keep going backwards or treading in the parts we didn't see because the sequel trilogy made such a mess of the "present" that making anything during that period is a dead-end and none of people from the sequels want to be in anything new.

“...WB Montreal doesn’t really need to sell gamers on the game’s combat or loot system. If you’ve played any western RPG in the last five years, you already know how Knights’ RPG mechanics will basically go, just include a fighting and stealth system similar to Rocksteady’s Arkham games.”

It’s an ironic title because none of the new “Star Trek” shows have been made for “Star Trek” fans. They’re works made by Star Wars fans who say they’re Star Trek fans making what they think Star Trek fans want.
