Kinda faulty logic in my opinion. You don’t buy the game because you know it is good, you buy it because you hope it will be good. Not the same. Otherwise you’d never buy a game you wouldn’t like, and I think we can at least agree to that not being the case? If anything, why not look at actual reviews and user ratings…

You made a statement basically saying “high sales indicates a good game”, but you don’t support a statement saying “high marketing budgets indicates higher sales”. That is very interesting. I think I’ll just respectfully disagree with your points and leave it at that.

I’m not gonna say anything about Xenoverse being good or bad, but just want to add that a sales number does not equal quality. By such a statement, you are basically saying any game with a big enough marketing budget is automatically considered good :P
