I got the same thing with the nightstalker while on patrol on the dreadnaught and a public event triggerd, i used the perk where snared enemy damage is shared and they explode when killed, popped a glimmer consumable and enjoyed the fireworks

it was all because of the almighty Helix guiding us.

Of course, there's no way to play this mod on a normal retail Xbox 360 or PS3, but modders have already been so creative with Rockstar's open-world game, I can't even imagine what they'll do when it comes to PC. Here's hoping for turn-based combat.
