I'm mostly just excited to see that Community has an airdate! What a Community-heavy tweetbeat!

I watched S1 for the first time fairly recently (see above comment) and I just started S2. I think it's entertaining but a lot of the characters are... Kind of unlikeable? Or, rather, if you're not a teen, maybe it's just harder to relate to their thoughts/behaviours. I kept watching it in the first season and the

I watched S1 a while back (earlier this year, I think) and finally got around to starting S2 (yesterday, as a matter of fact) and while I wouldn't call it amazing TV, it's entertaining. And I am developing a deep and weird appreciation of men that look like they were carved out of marble (yes, I'm looking at you Paul

Michael J. Fox is an American citizen but he still came over to celebrate being Canadian at the 2010 Olympics!

Maybe it was just me, but I thought Horrible Bosses was an awful movie. It sucked so much and I really wanted to like it because I have a crush on Jason Bateman and I like Jason Sudeikis and Charley Day well enough but, no, I just thought it was horrible. Granted, I struggled to finish it so maybe I missed all the

Uh, you need this.

I stopped watching after a few episodes because I found every single character incredibly unappealing. I was also pretty irritated with how they portrayed sex work, sex, and had the ostensible protagonist (Sad White Guy) be mostly successful despite being, as far as I could tell, a huge dick (pun not intended).

I totally feel you. I said the same thing... A while ago.

I don't know who a bunch of these people are.

All I really wanted to say is that these two, Grover and Kermit, are among two of my favourite muppets. Or, you know, they ARE my favourite muppets. Grover owns my heart, if owning hearts was a thing.

I don't necessarily disagree (although she makes a joke in the very first episode that the receptionist needs to get her more white patients, meaning patients who have money and insurance) but why would you expect more Asians, in particular?

I spend four weeks a month wishing I could rip out my sinuses (I've actually looked it up), one to two weeks wishing I could rip out my uterus, one week (minimum) wishing I could remove my breasts... The list goes on.

My gastrointestinal issues start during PMS and continue on through my period. I'm actually contemplating going back on hormonal birth control because I miss the minimal fuss periods... I am so jealous of those women who think playing beach volleyball in a bikini is tons of fun because tampons!

Can you explain the appeal of Tim's coffee? I'm a fairly recent coffee drinker (the last two years) and I've been, much to my chagrin, a Starbucks gal (in my teens, I thought I would be forever devoted to Second Cup because they have amazing hot chocolate) but when I got Tim's yesterday, it just tasted burnt.

I love the Queen & Spadina area! It's such a fun neighbourhood and there is limitless possibilities because it's so central (read: I'm jealous of you!). Do I know fashionable stores? Sadly, no, because I am a square when it comes to fashion. My mum (my sixty-something mother!) makes fun of me for being bland so,

The Internet is also the magical place of neverending misunderstandings so, you know, you're far from at fault. I don't think $100 sweaters are a "fuckton" (I like that word but I never use it, I should really step up on that) but $200 sweaters? Yes. I also know people who drop that kind of coin on sweaters so it

I'm in the GTA too and I think it depends on what industry you're in? I used to work on King St. and the people who were in expensive clothes tended to be VERY high earners. Most women I knew spent money on purses (branded items) and specific items like statement pieces and shoes.

I admit, I thought you meant to buy quality items, $200+ was normal... I tend to think people who regularly spend that much have money to burn or no concept of saving money (maybe both?) - I've bought $150 jeans and worn them out faster than my $40 pair. I find that it generally (though not always) comes down to how

Yeah, I don't regularly shop at Club Monaco or Jacobs or Mexx because they're much more expensive, even on sale. But I don't generally buy things full price unless for some reason it's unavoidable. Given how often I get promotional e-mails, it has yet to be an issue for me.
