It won’t be as much of an increase from half to full as you might hope. Drag loads go up by the square of velocity. In a perfect world they might get to around 300, but there are a ton of power robbing factors that will bring it much lower once everything is said and done.

Mass doesn’t help you corner at higher speeds. It helps in snow and low traction conditions but at high speeds and dry pavement mass is not your friend. Changing directions is an acceleration. The more mass, the more force it takes to accelerate.
