No, this is the story about the one psychologist who did an experiment with proper controls and reproducable results.

More proof that there is no car so shitty that it doesn’t have fans.

I have rented a couple of chevy malibus that had the auto start/stop feature. The climate control on those hunks of shit most certainly did not keep working when the engine shut down. The fan kept working but the AC just kind of faded out.

They could follow it up with a fuel air bomb and burn off the rest of what will burn.

I still haven’t completely forgiven my mom for the 1981 Volvo 240 with a slushbox and a 4 banger that was my first car.

This would be the perfect first car for a son you don’t completely trust behind the wheel... at about half the price.

With how active the spare tire thieves are in my area, I how this lockable storage for the spare catches on.

This is Jalopnik so the answer is always Miata.

On a more serious note, also consider the Ford Escapé. I have had the rental car version and I have been very happy every time. If you need bigger the Hyundai is also a solid choice.

If you cant crack open nuts and squish water bottles with the power tilt steering wheel, I am just not interested.

I got a medal for delivering the Christmas mail in Korea (AAM) a drone pilot should be up for something too.

I use the good car bad car thing in my life. I have a ‘14 WRX and an ‘88 Wrangler. The features and handling of one car compliments and contrast the other and makes me appreciate the other.

Probably not any, but you could scrap it for 10 steel!

I would love to for a driverless car series to be a bonkers barely tamed concept car battle on tracks designed for insane speeds.

There is this rattle in my WRX dash, just slightly to the left of the cluster.

What should we name our four door car Giuseppe?

3 weeks ago I had a god damned Chevy Malibu eco and I would be shocked that anybody would go to a car dealership and say “this is a car I want to make payments on for the next few years”

Hyundai and Kia are not dumping strangely stripped down misery mobiles and penalty boxes like GM and Chrysler do. When I get a Hyundai at the rental counter I know it will be an OK car that somehow doesn’t have Bluetooth, but when I get a GM or Chrysler I know I am going to get a special rental model that nobody would

I have often wondered if you could build a really cheap cruise missile and use that to deplete the anti-aircraft capability before sending in attack aircraft to mop up.
