Yeah, that’s how I feel too. Destiny is hot garbage.

What cracks me up is how much love Wind Waker gets nowadays. Remember how much moaning and complaining there was when Link didn’t keep that “mature” look Nintendo showed off at Spaceworld?
I think Funcom and Team Ninja need to work together to create the ultimate jiggle physics engine.
The Bouncer is my “awesome visuals =/= good game” lesson. If anything, I’m more mad at myself for buying the damn thing despite the host middling reviews.
Good god, that’s adorable AF.
That’s f’n purdy.
The title of this week’s podcast is exactly what I’ve been thinking. Every game I’m planning to play in the next few months is Japanese.
Motion controls better be mandatory if ARMS wins. I want to see dudes on the main stage flailing their arms around.
GG Rev 2!!! F*** YEAH!!!!
I can’t think of any console that had a launch lineup that was particularly impressive.
It seems like all the Japanese games are front loaded this year. We still have Nioh in February, NieR:Automata in March followed by Persona 5 in April.
Clearly you’ve forgotten the N64 launch line-up. It had a whopping TWO games: Pilot Wings and Super Mario 64.
I notice either having kids or taking care of kids regularly vastly changes your view of the WiiU. My nieces, ages 5 and 7, are a constant presence in my life and the WiiU has been a godsend for keeping them entertained. At that age, they don’t care about having a variety of games, they want to play the same 2 or 3…
Extra thoughts since I can’t edit my OP anymore:
My two favorite Platinum games, Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2, are the reason I bought a WiiU. Strangely, Nintendo 1st party titles are typically not the reason I buy their consoles. More often than not, it’s their 2nd party stuff that gets me.
Guess I’m in the minority. Never had this problem once. In fact, I typically have an avg of 100gb to spare.
Nope, that’s not available in the demo. Neither is the spear.
NeiR:Automata definitely has a lot of combo potential. Here’s Donguri, one of the best DMC players around, showing that potential off.
Don’t worry, there’s still plenty of time to delay it.
Yeah, I kind of mis-explained that; James Cameron also directed Aliens and has had that kind of military aesthetic running through his movies since the 80's. Avatar was just the latest of his to use it.
