I met people in Dartmouth who knew him becasue he went to the college. They said he was always trying to escape his goons and just "be normal". They said Prince Andrew was a tosser who always made himself known. But yeah, Charles comes across as a bit of a spoiled dick.

The Queen is one of those people who gives nothing away about her personality. It's hard to know what she is really like.
