Caren Turner was not pulled over by police, her daughter was in the car that was pulled over and she was there to pick up the passengers of the vehicle that was being towed.

I work in the Canadian criminal justice system. Can confirm that people will spout American laws.
It is almost as if the two aren’t mutually exclusive. I can find a man attractive and yet also care about what’s happening across the world. It is possible not to be single-minded.
Might I also present to you Pedro Sanchez, Prime Minister of Spain. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pedro_S%C3%A1nchez
Yes there is. I’m having one on Monday.
My dad had me at 28 and I still had to deal with all the aforementioned you said and he died when I was 21. So you can be dying at 29 too :(
So I don’t know if it works differently in the States but being deemed unfit to stand trial just means they are unfit FOR NOW, and it’s not the same as being not guilty by reason of insanity or not criminally responsible. He maybe perhaps at some point face a trial when he is deemed fit. Or at least that’s how it…
This is not surprising. I see it all the time in courts. Women coming to bail out their husbands accused of raping several women (mostly prostitutes, it seems).
Men who have acted as fathers to children, even if they later find out that they weren’t biologically their own, can be forced to pay child support. It’s about the child, and not about the parents.
Not a lawyer, but a court reporter in Family Courts a lot.

They got it wrong on this. The spousal privilege rule is in favour of the other spouse, not the accused.
I don’t know how it works in the States, but from what I understand in Canada, is that spousal privilege is in favour of Camille, not Bill. And that is it things said but not things observed. So if Camille wants to say something she can, and Bill cannot veto that.
I feel you. It’s happened to me too :( It’s incredibly disappointing when you have your hopes dashed. But just remember that you’re awesome and he’s a fuckweasel.
Well it depends on your sibling. I used to argue with my sister to the death over everything that I disagreed on with her. It only served to distance us in the end. In the end, I just ignore most of what she says and fight back on the things that REALLY matter to me. To be honest, it took me years to do this and our…
I am a court reporter and I am sitting at the front of the court just in front of the Justice and visible to everyone. One day I was in First Appearance court (aka HUGE list of people and their lawyers). One of the clerks yelled at me in front of everyone (again like 100+) and I just burst into tears and spent most of…
So I was thinking of hosting a singles party, whereupon every single person I know how to invite lots of singles that they know. Has anyone else done this? Any tips?
