My roommate was handcuffed as he was walking home at 3am on Saturday night. He was working at one of the clubs in the Entertainment District (stupid boss) . They let him go after he asked him them why they were doing it and started cursing them out. They arrested 1000 people?!!! Totally ridiculous.
