The problem with stuff like this is that you can only make it as good as the people involved are willing to make it. You can make high quality stuff on a shoestring budget if everybody involved is dedicated to putting in their time and effort for, essentially, free.

That was my thought.  Though I guess if you’re using the feature often, and concerned, you could always make up a sign to put in the window the way some people with non-Teslas do now.
