What happens when you take your car to the airport, park it there and try and get past the TSA?

Unfortunately if you turn off cellular data for the app store you can't even browse the appstore over 3G any more. I wish that control was slightly more granular so I could turn off app downloading over 3G, but still know if there are updates or seeing the app store.
