Cunt.

Could I interest you in some buttock?

Ah! Holy Magic Century as it was called in Europe. That was such a bad game, but being in need of an RPG myself I forced myself to play it through. The levelling up was so tedious, tiny tiny stat increases rach time barely making a difference. Such a slow battle system. It was akin to Mystic Quest on the SNES to me

Haha! I have bought this game thrice, with similar reasons. The 3rd time I kinda enjoyed parts of it, in a so shit it's good kinda way. Had some good ideas and some nice artwork (when there was some), but the "map" and battle "system" were ridiculous!

Nearly all of my most hated purchases occurred on the N64. I had no Internet at the time, was 15 and relying on paper round wages to fund my gaming.

I bloody loved it on the NES, reaching the technodrome for the first time was a magical moment. Getting killed immediately after was not...

This whole setup feels a lot like a room of monkeys with typewriters eventually writing the complete works of Shakespeare. Only it is gamers and the result will be a complete save of pokemon. ..

Fear not! Check out amazon.co.uk, there are english and german releases (in english) that aren't badly priced and of course play in any DS / 3DS:

I mean I personally don't think that there will be further releases of Xenoblade Chronicles, either re-releases on the Wii or an HD update for the Wii U. I would prefer it if the game reached many more people, I'm just not convinced that it will (barring purchases of existing inflated-price copies).

I'm absolutely positive it wasn't due to a lack of interest as well, I just feel a smaller run of copies equals lower chances of future releases. Not always the case of course. We'll see one day I guess!

This a list of all 7, then?

Guess all you can do is wait and see. I personally don't think the game will see an HD re-release, but this is just conjecture on my part. As you said, not all the copies sold through, and the ones that remain are ridiculously priced. The game iss great but it didn't sell that many copies and I would have expected

I guess that is a potential worry, is there anything from Monolith Soft or Nintendo that suggests they would do that? It's a big game and it could be a fairly big job for a relatively small audience. On the otherhand, anybody that enjoyed Xenoblade probably wants to play X and has a Wii U waiting...

If it's any consolation, the game is definitely worth the inflated amount in my opinion. I played it on release and if somehow I didn't have that copy still, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again for the £60 or so it costs in the UK.
