If you can't EMPATHIZE with someone then you don't have sympathy. What you have is pity, which no human wants. And honestly, if you can't empathize with another human, which ALL BLACKS are, then you should really do some reflection.

To be honest...this issue...excessive force by police isn't only experienced by blacks. If you want folks to be concerned about the most important aspect of your article...then show how these excuses are being used across the board.

This is the ONLY way this will bring about accountability in police departments.

Excellent piece. It is very much a black / white issue. But also a Hispanic issue. In 2014 we maybe dealing the same ole bs but it very much crosses the line for everyone. This time around the police ain't tolerating NO. ONE.
