just realized I misspelled Robin. Please don't let this shade your opinion of my opinion!

A defense of the way they ended the show. Warning, if you're one of those people who says "I don't like HIMYM" or are one of those people who says "I used to like it but stopped caring after season X" then this is definitely not for you. This is for the people who liked the show but hated the ending.

24 hours, then 72, then a week. Pretty soon it'll be 9 months.

I think Mindy Kaling is hilarious and awesome. I think she also has made it pretty clear that she has no interested being a trailblazer who tackles heavy issues and carries the torch for WOC, etc. And that is fine. Sometimes a comedian just wants to be funny.

Mille High Life also has a bit of hipster cred.

Its a left over thing from the trucker hat craze of the mid 2000s, when the hipster thing really started to come on in full force. I was living in NYC during that time and had a lot of Williamsburg friends (I could never live there although I enjoyed visiting it, like the zoo). But I think PBR is definitely a left

She's on one of the most popular shows on television that has all ready won a shot ton of Emmys and she's most likely a millionaires times over and can live off the residuals of that show for the rest of her life. If she can't say "no" to a sexist and dumb idea, who can?

'But the objectification of men is a false equivalency to the objectification of women, because what's being fetishized is strength. Virility, capability, vigor, fortitude. Power. In a world where men actually do have power."

I completely agree with all of this. I won't go out of my way to spoil something and I do think a grace period should be in place for most shows. But if your enjoyment of a show relies completely on not knowing the twist or ending, then maybe that show just isn't that good to begin with? I mean, the journey to the

You are a psychopath.

She's a college co-ed. She's probably never been in that type of situation before. So her being ignorant is not her fault. As cops they shouldn't assume the worse in everyone. These are college kids. She probably just wanted to get out of there. And to me it doesn't look like she's really anywhere close to to

Victim blaming at its finest. He's a cop in full riot gear. She's a 100 pound woman with no weapons WALKING in his general direction. He's an asshole.

Its a TV show about zombies based on a comic book so...

Have you watched this season? He isn't trying to break up their wedding. Also, I totally get what you are saying about his smug qualities being portrayed as cute but I think that's more the fault of the show being drawn out. I'm a big defender of the show but even I will admit its not as good as it used to be. CBS

Some people really hate on him and I get it. The whole going after "the one" and trying so hard to fall in love is not attractive to a lot of ladies, but I always thought the hate from some ladies was a little harsh. When Robin initially rejects him, he still lets her into his circle of friends cause she didn't have

Smug much? Like I said, when I watched the show I was a kid, so while I got that it was older Kevin looking back on his life, it didn't quite hit me that part of the genius of the show was that Kevin's character as a kid was purposefully annoying.

So I used to watch "The Wonder Years" as a kid and loved the show. But yes, Kevin was always kind of whiney and complained a lot. I'm now in my mid 30s and I started rewatching it on Netflix and something really struck me. The show is brilliant because its narrated by older Kevin who is now looking back on his life

Ted and Robyn did make a deal that they would marry each other if they weren't married by 40. And Robyn has still shown doubts about marrying Barney this season. There is a flash forward where Robyn is in her wedding dress about to get married and she calls on Ted. But man it would be a double F you to the audience

Ok, so its not as funny as it used to be and yeah, Ted Mosby can be a little sappy and annoying although I still defend Ted.

If you're gonna make fun of our chain wallets and von dutch hats, then we're gonna make fun of leggings as pants and giant floppy hats*
