Costs have gotten too high in LMP1. Need to kill off the Hybrid requirements for the time being and open up regulations to non-manufacturers and move engine size requirements down to 5.0/3.2L, like LMP2. Rebellion has shown they can compete at that level.

Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires + Aero + BMW underrating their power and torque numbers. M4 GTS can’t take advantage of the aero at Laguna Seca as where high speed aero is very important on the Ring.

I really wouldn’t expect the different to a meaningful amount of weight. From my understanding, the differences are internals.

The most aggressive engines BMW ever made (S54, S65, & S85) all take 91. You must be reading the RON number.

Say that to my 12:1 compression ratio and variable valve timing. Any less than 91 causes knock.

There is no real reason to say this is a V6 vs an I6.
