More science in the criminal justice system is never a bad thing. Minority Report is often brought up as boogey-man, however, the accuracy rate portrayed in the movie would put to shame pretty much all the evidence currently used to convict people.

A lot of manufacturers do this now. The intake runners have to be a certain length in order for the engine to produce enough torque to get the car off the line. In today's low slung cars the only option for manufacturers can take to keep the runners at the proper length is to fold them over the engine blocking 3 out
