There are few ideas worse than that dumb ribbon bar along the top. Every monitor is going wide screen, getting much more room on the sides, why would you ever take away room on the top? I use Word to write, not to look at stupid graphics and toolbars, get those out of my way!

Great post about wallpaper, can you take another screen shot without that pesky proxy window in the way?

I forgot how much I use my addons until I tried Chrome and realized it didn't have Foxmarks and Read it Later. Until it has those 2 and they sync with Firefox bookmarks I won't be able to use it.

Yes, I'd miss the local Sunday paper. I never read the daily paper, so that could go in my opinion.

I've used the developer sandbox or whatever for this for months. I love it. Takes a little while to get used to, but once you use the new features they're great. If you don't want to use new features then go back to whining.

OpenID is too confusing. Internet savvy people can get it with relative ease. I didn't have any problems using it for the first time when I signed up for [stackoverflow.com] (you should check it out if you're a programmer).

@heavylee-again: I haven't seen a helpful financial adviser. Most work with or for a company and get paid to push their funds/stocks.

If your financial adviser didn't see this economic crisis and housing bubble collapse coming a few years ago then its time to fire them. Its time to listen to good advisers who saw this mess coming as early as 2002 Peter Schiff - [en.wikipedia.org] is one of the best in the world.

When using the removal tool make sure you do not have any other USB drives attached, the tool is not intelligent what so ever and only looks at the first attached USB drive which may be an external hard drive.

Definitely solid advice that should be followed no matter what the markets are doing. You should avoid debt as much as possible. Save your money and make purchases with your savings, not with credit cards. Get a high interest savings account and make interest instead of paying interest on debt.
