For the budget I'm sure they're working with, that was thoroughly enjoyable. I'm actually interested to see more. From a fully-funded feature film I'd expect a hell of a lot more obviously, but for a fan project like this? That was gold.

As I understand it, that's part of the phase they're in now. Just trying to build some empirical evidence that the more exotic concepts that need to line up for a finished drive even exist at all. Gotta admit, it's pretty exciting, hopefully I'll be able to cram my brain in a robot body so I can be around long enough…
