And it doesn't defend them from the fact that it appears that only black people get disqualified but Jermaine was sent packing last season because it was revealed that he had active warrants out against him. So, that still makes the above report false in some way.

I don't know what I'm more disappointed in: the fact that posters think she was legit arguing that that wasn't her ass or the writer for acting like Letterman ambushed her with the picture. We're not children so we should understand at this point that 95% of what you see on late night is very carefully planned.

Seriously. It's like they kept getting new ideas and instead of rewriting they just kept adding and adding and adding.

Yeah, you did.

Thank you. I read the article linked before reading this one so I guess I read "who'd graduate" as "who'd graduated". The original article clarifies that she had graduated last June.

Yeah, it's pretty sad that it has such an impact. I'm in my thirties. That happened when I was 12. But, it still sends a shiver down my spine if someone mentions her name.

If they're on a visa then they are not illegally immigrating anywhere.

The article above calls her "female former student". That's why I asked if the article had been updated in some way before I read it.

I was a white middle class girl and I got screwed over by a teacher with an inexplicable vendetta. Although, tbf, she also had it in for two "poor" kids and an upper class black kid, so she was all over the place. We were all in the gifted program from second grade to sixth grade. When we made it to middle school

Why do people keep saying that? Has the article been edited to include that info because it's clearly up there. The woman is a former student. And she and her parents both say that there was nothing improper in the messages.

It was a former student, not a current student. And, yeah. There are plenty of reasons. He could be helping the student with college-related issues. He could be mentoring the student in some way. The student could have home issues and this teacher could be the adult (never mind that the student is an adult as well)

Shit. Now I'm depressed too. That's a bummer.

The season is done. She worked on the entire thing, so this has zero effect on the show. And, yep. Unless something crazy happens or NBC has some random hidden agenda it's really unlikely that it'll be back for another season after it wraps up this year.

You wanted to like Community, but *you* don't find it funny.

Yeah, he seems like kind of a dork and doesn't appear to try to hide it. Unless being a dork actually is an adopted persona. Either way, he seems strangely likeable.

You won't see her address this because nobody cares. We just like to point and laugh at the gal that we've been given permission to rip apart repeatedly. Because she's a bitch, she only got where she is because of her mommy, she only got where she is because of her daddy, she only got where she is because of who she's

Aside from the fact that Heigl deciding to have the baby *is* a choice, the only actual anti-abortion person in the movie was mocked mercilessly.

That email fight is easily one of my very favorite things that has ever been posted on the internet. It's beautiful.

Yeah, it says he tweeted it at Judd, but clearly that's not the case . If he'd tweeted that at him then Judd's response would have made a lot more sense because that would have been a dick move. Obviously that isn't what happened.

This is not a defense of what is a pretty lame twitter war but I think that it might be explained by the fact that it actually is a personal attack to him. No, it's not *really* a personal attack and he needs to suck it up and ignore things like that, but it's a movie starring his wife and kids, written and directed
